- NGT (National Green Tribunal) Rules and Regulations National Green Tribunal has implemented few restrictions and instructions for Traveller visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:- – The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass per day is restricted to 1000 out of which only 600 petrol engine taxi and 400 diesel taxi will be allowed. Due to this restriction customers have to wait as per availability – Visit to Rohtang pass will be on individual /sharing by deluxe bus subject to availability.
- Once Booking is processed, no amendment is allowed – if so charges charges will bear by guest.
- Visa on arrival countries, expense on visa is a part of guest. Travelstown will not take care of any charges.
- Passport should be valid for 6 Month (180 days from travel date)
- Rooms category are subject to availability.
- Vehicles are provided to you only for point to point basics not for disposal.
- We require 30% of the Payment For Process Land Booking.
- Need full amount to book flight, Ferry, Tickets.

Any tours, Transfer or activity can be cancelled because of unforeseen weather conditions Or Political Issue. - While guest on tour found COVID-19 positive, all quarantine stays and test expenses will be bear by the guest. Travelstown will not be responsible for any expenses.
- Kindly note that if any guests are shown symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of arrival at the Airport, the local authorities in charge will conduct a COVID-19 test. Should the test result is positive the guest/s will be accommodated in a designated isolation facility managed by the Government of state/country. Your reservations will be considered as no-show.
- COVID – 19 tests are mandatory at some cities/countries for arrival/departure or both, Kindly ask us /read all.
- COVID – 19 tests/quarantine rules before travelling .
Payment Policy
- 30 % at the time of payment on 1st Installment online
- 20 % after 7 days on 2nd Installment online
- 50 % on day first during trip in cash
- If customer wants to make the third installment online needs to inform us at least 7 days before travelling date
Cancellation Policy
- 40% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30 days before the tour departure date.
- 70% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30-15 days before the tour departure date.
- 100% Cancellation charges, if cancelled 15-01 days before the tour departure date
- No refund for after starting or middle of the tour.
- Advance Amount is non-Refundable
- Flight Ticket Cancellation as per Airlines rule.
